Mentoring Program
The team environment at Lee & Hayes provides newer associates and law clerks mentorship by more experienced attorneys so they receive the guidance and counseling they need.

Community Involvement
Lee & Hayes, PC works hard to create and encourage a culture of giving back throughout each year. Our dedicated team regularly donates time and resources to a wide variety of organizations that we are proud to support.
Lee & Hayes’ robust employee run outreach committee helps to identify local charities to support each year and organizes efforts to support those organizations. Each of our office locations is given an annual budget to administer amongst themselves to support their respective community groups.
On average, our 140+ person firm has generated tens of thousands of dollars annually that was distributed to a variety of organizations.
