Haining prepares and prosecutes patent applications in various fields including computer software, wireless communication, cloud-based smart phone application, healthcare service, and medical device. She assists domestic and international companies in building and managing patent portfolios. Haining has over ten years’ experience in preparing, filing, and prosecuting patent applications. She provides litigation support including technical analysis, validity search and infringement analysis. Haining has also assisted with intellectual property due diligence for merge and acquisition projects between China and U.S. parties. Prior to working as a Patent Agent, Haining was a network engineer and supported both U.S. and Chinese telecommunication companies. Haining is fluent in both English and Mandarin.
