Ty’s practice includes preparation and prosecution of both utility and design patent applications. In addition, he has experience with the prosecution of international applications. Ty specializes in fields of computer hardware and software, Internet related technologies, database applications, communications systems, and networking software and hardware. Ty also has experience preparing and prosecuting patent applications in the mechanical arts. Prior to working as a Patent Agent, Ty had experience creating and managing teams that negotiate and implement creative solutions to difficult problems in a large corporate environment.
