Erika is a patent attorney in the firm’s Spokane, Washington office. Erika’s practice focuses primarily on preparing and prosecuting patent applications across a wide variety of fields, including artificial intelligence, machine learning, computer-related devices and methods, networking, cloud computing, and automotive. While in law school, Erika served as a managing editor for the Washington Journal of Law, Technology & Arts, and received the CALI Award for Excellence for the top grade in Civil Procedure. She also was a patent extern for CoMotion at the University of Washington, working on patent-related matters for innovations from the UW community. Outside of work, Erika enjoys skiing, cooking, golfing, and rooting for the Zags.
