Bio
Kevin Yao practices patent law in the firm’s Seattle office. He is experienced with technologies including mobile and web applications, computer imaging, electronics, manufacturing, chemistry, and optics. He has also structured technology development agreements and patent portfolio transactions. Kevin received his Master of Computer Science and law degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. During law school, he provided patent preparation services in the Patent Clinic, and served as Articles Editor for the Journal of Law, Technology & Policy. Kevin is fluent in Mandarin.
